We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 75, James C. DeMoss Jr. of Plain Dealing, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" C. DeMoss and Noel Francis Scott; his sister Mary Helen Longoria; and his great grandchild Treyson Naron. He is survived by: his wife Dora; his children, Shane DeMoss (Tosha), Jamie Malone (Greg), Holly DeMoss, Krystin DeMoss Naron (Trey) and James DeMoss (Cortnie); his siblings, Carolyn Hayden and Michael Sykes (Alma); his grandchildren, Kortney Shephard, Tabitha LaRoux, Karli McLain, Zachary Malone, Alyssa Malone, Mica Laviolette and Savannah DeMoss; and his pets, Tedward, Sweet Pea and Peetster.
