David Earl Fultz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Earl Fultz (Plain Dealing, Louisiana), born in Coalinga, California, who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Fultz and Joann Fultz; his brother Adam Fultz; his nephew Brandon Fultz; his niece Jennifer Fultz Blanc; and his son Zdor Blanc III.
He is survived by: his siblings, Maryann Fultz Cole, Doris Fultz Sanders, Myra Fultz Goss, Michael Fultz (Bonny), Donny Fultz (Jan), Jesse Fultz, Phillip Fultz (Erica) and John Fultz (Angela); his son Matthew David Fultz; his grandson Matthew Blaine Fultz; his daughter Angela Adams (Terry); his granddaughters, Cheridy Adams and Chasity Adams; and his great grandchild Grayson Bianco. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are asked to be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in Memphis, TN to help aid in the care of the children and families there, and for continued research for a cure for cancer.
