He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Thelma Robinson Wells and Charles Freddy Wells, Sr.; and his sister Kathy Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Wells, Matthew Wells and Angie Gould (Izzy); his grandsons, Isaac Wells, Jack Wells, Kaden Frames and Kaleb Frames; and his brothers, Randy Wells (Sonya), Kenny Wells (Karen) and L. D. Holden.
