It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Israel West Jr. of Pitkin, Louisiana, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Genlee West; his daughter Genevieve West Bailey; his parents, Israel West, Sr. and Ure Lee West; and his brother Darby West.

He is survived by: his son Raymond West (Tamela) of DeRidder; his son-in-law Randy Bailey of Fairview; his sisters, Anita Snell of Pitkin and Sue Fontenot of Pitkin; and his grandchildren, Tori Bailey, Colby Bailey, Scotty West and Ethan West.
