We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2021, at the age of 87, Percy Joseph Mills of Pioneer, Louisiana, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Percy J. Mills, Sr. and Gladys Mills; his wife Genevieve Grace Mills (Jennie); his children, Doug (Lisa), Crenan (Lynn), Chris (Leslie), Gigi Baay (John), Holly Mills and Drew (Nikki); his grandchildren, Caroline Mills Marshall, PJ Mills, Robby Mills, Grace Mills, Courtney Mills Spiegl, Catherine Mills, Chris Mills, Will Baay, Madeline Baay Dubas, Stephen Baay and Liam Mills; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian Baay, Sarah Dubas, Lucille Dubas, Charlie Marshall and Peter Marshall.
Funeral arrangements will be delayed by the current COVID restrictions.
