It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yetta O Yost (Pineville, Louisiana), who passed away on January 12, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sparrow and Dorothy "Bertie" Sparrow; her siblings, Ruby Hiscock of Dorothy Moreau, Andrew Sparrow, Ray Sparrow and Aubrey Sparrow; and her great grandchild James Temple Yost.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Yost Johnson of Pineville, Paul Yost (Gina) of Prospect and Jimmy Yost of Tioga; and her siblings, Gilda S. Bunting, Iatt Lake, Glenda Slayter (Lamar) of Colfax and Earl Sparrow (Kathy) of New Braunfels, TX. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
