Smith; his children, Charles Reed, Michael Smith, Jimmy Cotten, David Nelson (Rachael) and Loretta Clark (Derek); and his siblings, Mack Smith (Debbie), Pearly Jarvis and Rhonda Dixon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
