With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon Butler of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sybil Johnson Butler; his children, Cassie Austin (Sidney), Greg Butler (Heidi) and Gary Butler (Carla); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wheaton (Jeff), Dr. Alan Puckett (Shauntel), Amy Lane (Justin), Julie Behnke (Zach), Laura Farmer (Doug) and Shelby Butler; his great grandchildren, Jake Wylie, Jordyn Martin, Justin Martin, Reed Puckett, Cole Puckett, William Lane, Olivia Lane and Malcolm Farmer; and his brother Melvin Butler (Mary Ann).
