He is survived by: his wife Donna Green of Pineville; his stepchildren, Timothy Lee Green (Marlanna) of Pineville, Justin Reed (Elizabeth) of Pineville, Terry "Bubba" Green, Jr. of Jackson, Louisiana, Brandi Guillot (Bobby) of Ball and Casey McGee (Keylee Jones) of West Monroe; and his siblings, Suzy Little (Kenneth) of Seiper and Tommy Lee Green (Becky) of Alexandria.
