Though Steve Ray may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steve Ray touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambers Hiram and Katherine Weems Bonner; his son Larry Cassell; and his granddaughter Kayla. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wilson Bonner; his children, Travis Cassell (Gina) and Karen Cassell; and his brothers, Larry Bonner (Susan) and Gary Bonner (Renee). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
