She is survived by: her children, Randy Neighbors, Jr. (Tonya), Cynthia Neighbors Ricks (Troy) and Tammy Neighbors-Dearman (Tiger); and her grandchildren, April Neighbors Barnett, Robert Neighbors (Michelle Tillman), Brittany Thornhill Taylor (Justin), Stefan Black, Sabrina Neighbors Blankenship (Casey) and Michaela Ricks. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
