She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Johnson and Velma Johnson; and her sister Thelma Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Sam H. Melton, III (Kim) of Tioga, Angela Melton of Tioga and Jackie Ratcliff (Carl) of Tioga; and her siblings, John Johnson (Nancy) of Calvin, Lawrence Johnson (Brenda) of Winnfield, Barbara Coburn of Ball, Floy Stanfield of Calvin and Louise Holmes of Winnfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
