He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover O'Banion and Blanche O'Banion. He is survived by: his wife Debbye O'Banion of Pineville; his children, Jake Forte (Brandi) of Brazoria, Texas and Dee Dee Kennedy of Pineville; his siblings, Clark O'Banion of Glenmora and Verda Hughes (Ray) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Dani, Drew, Cobi, Destiny, Mallory, Dakota and Wyatt. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
