He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hernandez and Louise Hernandez; and his sisters, Sharon Renick and Mary Ann Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hernandez of Cotile; and his siblings, Joe Hernandez (Bonnie) of Alexandria, Ben Hernandez (Carol) of Trout and Judy Kirkland (Jeff) of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
