It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otha Otto Hailey of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Florence Hailey; his parents, Millard Hansford and Mary Ella Tarver Hailey; and his grandson Christopher Hailey. He is survived by: his children, Gary Hailey (Kay), Roger Hailey (Susan), Rick Hailey (Shelly), Mark Hailey (Becky) and Sonya Hailey Williford (Freddie). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
