She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Parker and Edith Parker; her siblings, Kenneth Parker, Yvonne Filipi and Velma Beaubouef; and her great grandchild Oliver Belgard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Leo and Eddie Parker; her children, Rev. Ricky Belgard (Brenda) and Sheila Belgard; and her grandchildren, Nick Belgard (Monique), Derek Belgard, Dakota Belgard, Andrea (Nichole), Hoffpauir (Mitch) and Paige Horton (Austin).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Philadelphia Baptist Church (722 Philadelphia Rd, Deville, LA 71328). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
