The memory of Marsha Lynn Moore (Pineville, Louisiana), who passed away on June 27, 2024 at the age of 62, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Moore and Mary Moore; and her birth parents, Ora Lee Wilson South and Booker T. Washington. She is survived by : her children, Javon Fortson Sr., Derrick Moore Sr. and Courtney Hill (James); her siblings, Mary Perry (Johnnie), Delores Dorsett (Bennie), Gloria Piper, Arthur Mitchell, James Wilson (Nancy), Milton Wilson and Michael Wilson (Renee); her grandchildren, Arieana Moore, Jaylen Fortson, Kamron Drayton, Derrick Moore Jr., Karson Moore, Kennedy Bynog, Javon Fortson Jr., Asher Hill, Daphne Berry, David Berry Jr., Willie Hill, James Hill Jr. and Taryn Antoine; her goddaughters, Tiffany Tidies, Iniki Lowery-Jones and Sankeitha Lowery; and her close friends, Yulanda Stromile Randolph, Sandra Lowery, Geneva Hayes and Arlene Duncan. She is also survived by Cousin; Barbara Herman Host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Hill Church (312 Hunter St, Pineville, LA 71360).
