He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fuglaar and Hilda Fuglaar; his daughter Tonia L. Harvey; and his siblings, Thomas Fuglaar, L. T. Fuglaar and Marjorie Dunbar.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Anne Fuglaar; his children, Susan Landry (Darrel) of Pineville, Cheryl Chelette (Donald) of Zachary, Kathleen Knott (Scottie) of Sunset and Jim Fuglaar of Pineville; and his sister Patsy Nugent of Pollock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
