It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Ann Winey Neal (Pineville, Louisiana), born in Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lester Gene Winey; and her grandparents, Patrick Galligan, Eugene, Deloris Winey, Shelby and Peggy Goodman.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Goodman Winey of Evening Shade; her husband Charles Neal; her children, Ashlie Winey of Batesville, Ashley Phipps of Batesville and Kory Phipps of Batesville; her brother Michael Winey of Evening Shade; her stepsiblings, Matthew Galligan of Evening Shade, Betty Roork of Salem and Remona Moore of Ward; and her grandsons, Casey Douglas and Jacob Douglas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
