She was predeceased by: her parents, Layman Barrios, Sr. and Lena Commardelle Barrios; and her sister Jeanette Barrios Ewing. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Tate (Angelia) and Jarrett Tate (Tamara); her brothers, Layman Barrios, Jr. (Donah) and Jarvis Barrios (Joanne); her grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Tate, Tyler Nicholas Tate, Devon Barron, Hunter Martin Tate, Jarrett Michael Tate, Jr. (Lindsey), Kyli Marin Tate (Timothy Trintin Rizzo) and Kaitlynn Danielle Tate; and her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Mason, Tatum and Jade.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (1024 LA-1207, Deville, LA 71328).
