She was predeceased by: her husband Jamal E. Abyad; her parents, Ralph Franklin and Helen Huffman Franklin; her sister Marilyn Franklin; her sister-in-law Karen Franklin; her grandparents, Beatrice Huffman, Leonard and Minnie Franklin; her niece Aimee Franklin; and her great-nephew Jonathan Carter.
She is survived by: her niece Joanie Leger (Jason); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittney Parker (Tim) and Brooke Leger; her siblings, Steve Franklin, Linda F. Thomas (George) and Janice F. Carter (John); her nieces and nephews, John Cody Franklin Carter (Sheila), Jessica Carter, Jennifer C. Pichardo (Ricardo), Tammy Marcum, Tina Thomas, Michelle "Shelly" Stevenson, Brian Franklin (Chyann) and Jason Franklin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rebecca Danner, Dustin Miller (Holly), Kayla Kiefer (Josh), Joshua Figgatt (Jessica), Sarah Collins (Trevor), Jillian Butts (Will), Evan Pflugradt, Natalie Carter, Hazel Carter, Skylar Carter and Callie Carter; and also, Jayden Fellers, Carson Kiefer, Grayson Kiefer, Summer Figgatt, Paylah Miller, Dalton Kiefer, Billy Butts, Elliot Beingessner and Kara Harris.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family requests that visitation be come and go, so that all will have an opportunity to pay their respects. Social distancing and masks are required.
