He is survived by: his mother Doreen Kuykendall of Pineville; his brothers, Gary Kuykendall of Scott and Scott Kuykendall of Pineville; and his nephews, Ian Kuykendall of Scott, John Henry Kuykendall of Alexandria and Klein Kuykendall of Pineville.
