With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Kenneth Snyder Jr. of Pineville, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though John Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Kenneth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. "Tilley" Snyder, Sr. and Marcella Kinder Price. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Voinche Snyder; his sons, John David Snyder (Katherine O'Doherty Snyder) and Benjamin Joseph Snyder (Ashey Dinecola Snyder); and his siblings, James Joseph Price, Shirley Ann Snyder and Marnice Boone. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (600 Lakeview St, Pineville, LA 71360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
