We bid farewell to John Henry Dickerson of Pineville, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 8, 2024 at the age of 89. John Henry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, John Henry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John Henry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Blanche Spencer Dickerson and Arthur Ethredge Dickerson; his brother Larry Dickerson; and his daughter Becky Dickerson. He is survived by : his son John Dewayne Dickerson; and his brother Doyle Dickerson (Suzanne). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
