He is survived by: his sons, Randy Hayes (Terri), Garry Hayes (Misty) and Eric Hayes (Christa); his grandchildren, Aimee Hayes, Ashley Forbe, Kellie Hayes, Nicole Enamorado, Rachel Crawford, Gregory Meadows and Karl Meadows; his great grandchildren, Brendon Forbe, Isabella Rose Enamorado, Anthony Jassiel Enamorado, Allie Hennisen and Landry Hennisen; and his brother Earl Hayes (Brenda).
