She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Stevens and Douglas Strickland; and her brother Stephen Strickland. She is survived by: her husband George Alford; her children, Douglas Alford (Jodi) of Pineville, Tammy Gunter (David) of Deville and Nannette Sober (Darrell) of Boyce; her stepfather Nickie Stevens; and her siblings, Richard Strickland (Gina) of Canada, Clay Strickland of Utah, Cecelia Murray (Jimmy) of Utah and Jean Schloss (Robert) of Utah. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
