She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Fuqua; her parents, Asa Otis Bell and Camille Birchfield Bell; her daughters, Amy Camille Fuqua Tessier and Susan Renee Fuqua; and her siblings, Walter Albert Bell and Ann Bell Adair.
She is survived by: her children, James David Fuqua (Regina), Alan Carroll Fuqua (Nancy) and Elaine Michelle Fuqua Setliff (Mark). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
