He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rebecca Despino Foster of Pineville; his daughters, Melissa Foster of Alamosa and Christina Rice of Abilene, Texas; and his sister Nancy Roshto (Butch) of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, two nephews, one niece and many friends.
