He is survived by: his wife Gwen Stinson Coutee; his children, Michelle Renee Chelette (Tracy), James Allen Coutee, Jr. and Billy Wayne Coutee (Liska); his sisters, Shirley Marquez and Debbie Norris; and his grandchildren, Gabe, Shila, Adalea, Keaslie, Olivia, Izabella, Taylor, Sawyer, Alexander, Brantley and Brock. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, other family and friends.
