He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Ashworth. He is survived by: his parents, Samantha Phillips (Stephanie Forest) and Dustin Davison, Sr. (Amanda Davison); his brothers, Dustin Silk (Macie Hines), Harley Davison and Rowdy Davison; his grandparents, Annette Phillips, Otis and Dorothy Davison; his aunts, Amanda Phillips and Casey Thomas (Chad Thomas); his uncle Chad Davison (Ashley Davison); and his niece Brayliegh Davison. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great cousins, family members and friends.
