He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Marie Kirkpatrick Meylian; his parents, James Alfred Meylian and Mary Jane Robinson Meylian; his son Jerry Wayne Meylian; his great grandchild Alexander Johnson; his brothers, James Edward "Jaybo" Meylian, Elmer Merlin "PeeWee" Meylian and Left; his sons, Gordon Meylian (Kathy) of Hineston, LA, Derrick Meylian of Simpson, LA and LAfourteen; his grandchildren, Lori Meylian Rabalais (Daniel, Karyn Meylian), Kelly Meylian, Jerry Meylian (Heather, Jamie Meylian), Justin Meylian, Kayley Meylian, Celie Meylian, Tyler Meylian, Kristie Johnson Parker (Donovan, Cody Johnson), Allison Deshautelle, Hailey Meylian and Mackenzie Meylianand; and his great grandchildren, Kathryn, Jacob, Amber, Rylee, Lydia, Ellie, Loren, Morgan, Eli, Mary Cathryn, Sara, Lindsey, Marley, Jaxon, Lilly, Tayte, Nathyn, Hunter, Madisen, McKenzie, Maycee, Avery, Jerry Meylian, Jamie Meylian, Cody Johnson, Justin Meylian, Daniel Rabalais, Martin Dogay, Donovan Parker, Nelon Meylian, Honorary, Tyler Gillespie, Toby Parker, Taylor Parker, Joe Wells and Buddy Wells.
