He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Woodrow and Helen Tuma Kramel. He is survived by : his wife Marlene Vrooman Kramel; his sons, Glenn Allen Kramel (Leslie) and Richard Kramel (Nanette); his sister Linda Bolton; and his grandchildren, Stori Kramel, Hannah Grant (Ian), Lauren Kramel and Kyleigh Kramel.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville (2701 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A rosary was held on Sunday, June 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
