He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Parker and Maggie Parker; his great grandchild Joseph Sonnier; his brother Bernell Parker; his siblings-in-law, George Myers and Janice Derbonne; his nephews, J. C. Coutee, Greg Myers and Dylan Poche; his niece Jessica Spillman; and his great-nephew Jacob Coutee.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Vallery Parker; his children, Alisa Parker Albert, Monica Parker Lockwood (Bert) and George Shannon Parker (William Hoffner); and his grandchildren, Lauren Sonnier (David), Sarah Forest (Shawn), Dennis Lockwood (Collette), Marian Parker and Raymond Albert, Jr. (Jamie). He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; seven sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
