He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Dugger and Margaret Dugger; and his sister Julie Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Lena Mae Dugger of Pineville; his children, Brian Dugger (Carrie) of Hoover, Chad Dugger (Shelly) of Ball, Adam Dugger (Sara) of Pineville and Jenny Smith (Jeremy) of Ball; and his siblings, Mike Dugger (Reba) of Harriman, David Dugger of Harriman, Tennessee and Janet Miles of Rockwood, Tennessee. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Rush Funeral Home - Pineville (3307 Monroe Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
