He was predeceased by: his sons, Fred J. Douzart, Jr. and Dennis Douzart; his parents, Clovis Douzart (Juanita) and Edwina McCormick (Thomas); and his brothers, Ted Dauzart, Curley Dauzart, Alvin Dauzart and Cleveland Dauzart.
He is survived by: his son Darrell Grantham of Pineville; and his siblings, Belton Dauzart (Kathleen) of Pineville, Harvey Fountain of Pineville, Martindale Douzart of Pineville, Tommy Douzart of Pineville, Brenda Fay Mayeux (Daniel) of Pearl River and Maxine Mayeux (CJ) of Pearl River. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
