He is survived by: his wife Ann Raines; his sons, Phillip Raines (Joel) and Paul Raines (Trish); and his grandchildren, Trista Raines (Eric), Matthew Raines (Rachael), Kevin Raines (Lyndsey), Nathan Raines and Daniel Raines. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
