He was predeceased by : his parents, Cai Van Ha and Kieu Thi Hong. He is survived by : his former life partner Thanh Le; his wife Tuyet Le; his children, Tai Le (Thuy Nguyen), Tim Ha (Tracy Nguyen), Tommy Ha (Brandy Ha), Dep "Dustin" Ha, Ngan Ha (Tien Tran) and Hoai Le; his grandchildren, Jimmy Nguyen, Steven Ha, Justin Ha, Nolan Ha, Paxton Ha, Andy Ha, Jackie Nguyen (Chung Nguyen), Monique Ha and Scarlett Ha; and his great grandchildren, Cherry Nguyen and Georgina Nguyen.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, July 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (701 Jackson St, Alexandria, LA 71301).
