He was predeceased by: his wife Prestine Monk; his grandson Haven Coutee; his parents, James Monk and Mavis Monk; and his sister Gayle Mink.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle Gibson (Dustin), Tabitha Coutee (Ted) and Anthony Monk; and his siblings, Earl Monk and Angela Bivens (Kenny). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
