With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Leroy Girlinghouse of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Reding Girlinghouse and Jessie Truman Girlinghouse; his siblings, J. T. Girlinghouse, John Girlinghouse and Ray Girlinghouse; and his former wife Margaret Odom Girlinghouse.
He is survived by: his uncle Hubert Reding; his former wife Margaret Ann Odom of Lecompte; his wife Dwanna Dossmann Girlinghouse; his stepchildren, Melonie Cox and Tammie Gagnard of Pollock; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Jeansonne, Chris Duhon (Karley), Joshua Gagnard (Julia), Jerred Gagnard (Kalyla) and Brandi Guidry (David); his daughters, Ann G. Willet (Loren Willet) of Dallas and Patti G. Breland of Pineville; his grandchildren, Margaret Ann Shamshoian (J. P. Shamshoian) of Fresno, Madelyn Turcotte (Justin Turcotte) of West Monroe, Emily Willet of Spokane, Caroline Willet of Dallas and William Earl Breland (Olivia Breland) of Zachary; his great grandchildren, Grace, John Loren Shamshoian, Lily Grace and Camille Turcotte; and his sister Bonnie Milner of DeRidder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Earl's name to the building fund at Pineville Park Baptist Church.
