He was predeceased by: his father Frank Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Janelle Monroe; his mother Glenda Monroe; his children, Ashley Monroe Tam (Cory) and David L. Monroe Jr.; his grandchildren, Jackson Monroe Tam and Anistyn Renee Tam; and his brothers, Brian Monroe (Holly), Steven Monroe (Holly) and Jeff Monroe (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother and sister-laws, cousins, and friends.
