It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Eugene Bennett of Pineville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alexander Bennett and Hazel Belle Ellis Bennett; his wife Vickey Paul Bennett; and his sisters, Linda Tannehill and Rita Gail Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Bennett of Pineville, Chad Bennett of Pineville, Kimberly Brumley (Jerry) of Deville and Sarah Dubrock (Joseph) of Pineville; and his brothers, Charles Bennett, Jr. (Sun) of Pineville and Roger Bennett of Prospect. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church (1071 Friendship Loop, Ville Platte, LA 70576). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
