He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jarrell Sr. and Gloria Shadrick Jarrell; his siblings, Perry Jene Jarrell and Bessie Benoit; and his stepson Jonathan D. Sartin.
He is survived by: his daughter Martha Jarrell Cady (John); his grandchildren, Elliot, Gloria, Daisy Jane and Brenda Jarrell Sartin; his stepsons, Ronald Ashley Sartin and Joseph Michael Sartin; his grandchildren, Kaleb Lynn, Domenick Russell, Jaxon Myles Sartin and Shayla Smith; and his siblings, Leo Jarrell (Sherry), Paul Jarrell (Cathy) of Oklahoma, Jimmie L. Jarrell (Judy) of Glenmora, Robert E. Jarrell (Gloria) of Ball, Barbara Gilchrist (Martin) of Glenmora, Pam McCann (Mike) of Carencro, LA and Diane Hebert of Crowley, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
