She was predeceased by: her parents, Versie Wells, Jr. and Betty Morgan Wells; her sister-in-law Jackie Wells; her nephew Jonathon Wells; and her sister Marsha Wells.
She is survived by: her adoptive children, Sommer Mays (Patrick) and Lester Pruitt; her siblings, Randall Wells, Joseph Wells and Tammy Neal (Jessie); and her pet Sadie.
