He was predeceased by: his former wife Ruth Molina Blood; his daughter Kayla Rachelle Blood; and his stepdaughter Susan Stringer. He is survived by: his children, Anita Blood Silva of Baton Rouge, Vernon Blood of Lone Pine and Randall "Pete" Blood (Dorothy) of Turkey Creek; his grandchildren, Daniel Blood, Amanda Blood Yantis, Rebecca Blood and Maverick Blood; his stepchildren, Vicky Murphy and Terry Stringer; and his stepgrandchildren, Carey Stringer, Mason Stringer and Casey Ham. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
