He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dallas Crooks (Deanna) of Deville, Kimberly Ann Norrell (Jody) of Mangham and Brandy Lynn Crooks of McNary; his mother Ellen Faye Crooks of LeCompte; and his siblings, Richard Allen Crooks (Donna) of Deville, Kenneth Ray Crooks (Gayla) of Montgomery, Debra Boone (Michael) of LeCompte and Susan Richerson (Ronald) of LeCompte. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
