We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 85, Charles Ray O'Neal of Pineville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann O'Neal; his son Danny O'Neal; his stepson David Trapp; his parents, Morris O'Neal and Dorothy O'Neal; and his grandson Keith Rachal.

He is survived by: his children, Troy O'Neal (Sidney) of Deville and Dorothy "Sissy" Rachal of Colfax; and his stepson Allen Trapp (Debbie) of Pineville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
