She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph "Bert" Head and Bessie Head (Ward); her husband Lionel James Ardoin; her siblings, Wardell Head and Thelma Hart; and her son-in-law Gary Randall Boone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Boone of Pineville, Deborah "Debbie" Ardoin of Lake Charles and Patricia "Tricia" Wade (Mike) of Lake Charles; her grandsons, Jared Randall Boone (Terri), Jacob Richey Boone and Derek James Lenkowski (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Haidyn, Isabella, Luke, Ella and Layne; and her pets, John Brown, Bella Boone and Bogey.
