He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Crooks and Deville Crooks of Florida. He is survived by: his brothers, Lionel Crooks (Wanda Crooks) and Dayton Crooks; and his half-sister Orean Jones (Johnny). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
