He is survived by: his wife Nathalie Kirkham; and his children, Sharon Louise Jones (Gregory), Eileen Breland, Laurie Kirkham, Angela Jean Scarber (Philip), Paul Joseph Kirkham, Jeff Kirkham (Linda) and Joseph Lee Kirkham (Tiffinee). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
