She was predeceased by: her parents, Van and Antoinette "Toni" Hernandez Masson. She is survived by: her cousin Clyde Masson; her son Darrell (Lynne); her granddaughter Mallory; and her close friend Elda Schoolcraft. She is also survived by son Brothers, with her beloved aunts, uncles.
